PowerEdge R630 Rack Server

Image
The high-density Dell PowerEdge R630 Used Rack Server early helps maximize data center resources by packing more computing power and flexible storage capability in just one year of Rackspace customers told us they wanted dense flash storage optimized platforms to improve performance for i/o intensive applications like OLTP Dell listened and design storage rich servers like the R630 possible configuration that allows up to 24 1.18 solid-state devices providing almost two and a half times the previous generations performance had roughly the same cost the R630 is optimized for virtualization with an astonishing processor core health an impressive memory footprint of one-and-a-half terabytes three integrated PCI a generation 3 i/o expansion slots. An array of performance scaling storage choices it lets you improve overall utilization to save cost energy consumption and space driven by the latest processor memory and i/o technologies including Intel Xeon e5 2600 feet 3 processors with up t...

Dell PowerEdge FX2 Rack Server Gen13 - Review

Image
Today we'll be looking at Dells FX2 converged infrastructure platform which offers a definite departure from the typical PowerEdge rackserver the FX 2 supports several different blade-like combinations so you get the best of both worlds easy and flexible rack deployments of the 2u chassis supporting the compact performance and agility of server blades it's a compact all-in-one modular solution combining compute storage and networking in a single package that shares cooling power and management this is an ideal platform for data centres and highly virtualized environments that can easily scale out the FX 2 is a converged infrastructure platform this means management of IT resources is centralized to consolidate systems. Increase resource utilization rates all while lowering costs it creates a pool of virtualized servers storage and networking that's more adaptable for consolidating and sharing of resources instead of dedicating a group of systems to a single task converged ...

Assembly instructions for Server Rack Enclosure

Image
This is an assembly instruction guide for the EMS server enclosures step one fit the top and bottom panels to the two rack frames both the top and bottom panels have grooves for the   rack server frame the top of the   rack server enclosures has vented slots on the bottom has removable cable entry slots using a Phillips screwdriver fix the panel's to the frames using the m8 bolts and m8 nuts provided with the server enclosure there are two fixing holes in each corner step to fix the heavy-duty casters and stabilizing feet to the bottom of the   rack server use a screwdriver to attach the four casters using the screws provided four screws are used to hold each caster in position. Now screw the four adjustable feet into the corner of the bottom plate adjust the height of the nut to raise or lower the feet step 3 fit the horizontal support rails to the rack frame using m6 bolts and m6 cage nuts there are three support rails for each side of the rack frame keeping the horizon...

Are Refurbished Blade servers Good or Bad?

What's up everyone so as you guys know it's been almost a month since we got the server merges of being down to one server in an and one in EU I just wanted to kind of share my thoughts from the EU perspective and how I feel about the server emerges how the community is now how easy it is to interact with players and just my general thoughts about it so let's jump into this   article and discuss it alright one of my favourite things with the server emerges is now it's much easier to find parties and faction chat you'll see right here there's three different people recruiting for black our weekly runs there's people recruiting for MSP there's always people even weeklies are way more often now in the faction chat because it's way easier to find people because everyone is on na and honestly I really like that a lot because before the server merges it was actually pretty hard to find weekly it's like if you did to pleat it on Wednesday at least for...
